LET'S GET PERSONAL
Cori loves God and loves her family and friends. She is a wife and mom of 2 amazing kids. Cori is described by her close family and friends as fun-loving, silly, patient, open-minded, inclusive, and caring.
Cori enjoys reading children's books and will find any excuse to read a new one...often pretending it's for her kids :)
Before becoming a full-time therapist in private practice, Cori worked for the Texas Department of Family and Protective services for about 8 years as an inspector, child care specialist, and an investigator. She has over a decade of experience in education as a child care director, elementary school teacher (4th, 2nd, kinder-favorite), and as a certified school counselor.
In her free time, you will find Cori spending quality time with her family, traveling-random weekend trips are her FAVORITE, trying new foods/restaurants, participating in creative arts (painting, drawing, crafting, etc.), playing the piano, spending time with her friends, or napping.
Cori genuinely enjoys helping others through volunteering in her church nursery, giving to others in need, being a helpful listening ear, among many other things.
Cori is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
